At checkout, you will be offered real-time quotes based on the size/weight of your order.  You will also have the opportunity to choose your speed of delivery.  After your order has been shipped (within 24 hours of purchase), you will receive a tracking number in your ship confirmation email. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified immediately on an estimated ship/arrival date.  

Currently, we do not accept orders with PO boxes as the billing and/or billing address. Currency shown on website and on all emails regarding orders reflects USD. 

We now ship to Canada!  For all shipments to Canada, the consumer is responsible for all associated GST/HST and duties that may be applied to the ordered goods.  

All orders from Massachusetts or Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax. 

Special order request
For items that ship from outside of the US, once you have contacted us through the product page, you will receive details including order total including shipping and estimated delivery time, for your approval. Shipping from outside of the US will affect the normal delivery time. We will do our best to stick to the estimated delivery schedule, but we cannot be held accountable for delays due to customs clearance and other unexpected circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays.

All items (except for those that ship from outside of the US) can be returned up to 15 days from purchase. If you would like to return an item, please contact orders@sondotter.com.  A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you, and the cost will be deducted from your total refund.  You will be responsible for shipping the item.

In order to return an item, it must be unopened from its original packaging and unused. We do not currently allow exchanges.

At this time, we cannot accept returns on any sale items, gift cards and furniture that is shipped from outside of the US. If any of these items are delivered with manufacturer's defects, please send an email including pictures and an explanation to orders@sondotter.com, and we will arrange a return.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If in original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow some time for this credit to appear in your account.
